3. Shipping CostsShipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

9. Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by Swiss customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. ARTIFIYY is not responsible for any additional charges incurred after shipment. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.
10. UAE Orders may be subject to 5% VAT upon delivery, collected by the carrier. Orders under AED 1,000 are typically duty-free.
11. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Switzerland: Customs duties and 8.1% VAT may apply on orders over CHF 65.
- China: Import VAT (typically 13%) applies to most orders. Customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility.
- United Kingdom: Orders over GBP 135 may be subject to 20% import VAT.
- UAE: 5% VAT may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- Australia & New Zealand: GST may apply on orders over AUD/NZD 1,000.
ARTIFIYY is not responsible for any customs fees, delays, or refused shipments resulting from customs clearance. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before placing your order.
12. Shipping to Japan
Orders shipped to Japan are delivered on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means import duties and Japanese Consumption Tax (JCT) are not collected at checkout and may be charged by Japanese customs upon delivery.
Please be aware:
- Import duties and JCT (10% on most goods) may apply depending on your order value
- These charges are assessed by Japanese customs and are the buyer's responsibility
- Your courier will contact you to arrange payment before delivery
- Refusing customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or abandoned
We recommend factoring these potential costs into your purchase. For low-value orders, charges may be minimal or waived under Japan's de minimis threshold.
