If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please get in touch with us within 20 days of receiving the item and I will do everything I can to investigate and find a solution.


If ur claim is validated i will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible. I would much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure my customers are happy with their orders.

RETURN POLICY

I currently do not support returns or provide a return address because the products are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. no return address

For packages lost in transit pls get in touch within 20 day within the estimated delivery dates, i'll be happy to send a replacement order.

REFUND POLICY

Please note that we do not provide refunds for any purchases. We kindly ask you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. Any mistakes or errors made by you are your responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for a refund under such circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to ask any questions prior to finalizing your order.
        

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that i can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

    • Unclaimed: If you are not able to receive the order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at the local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with me so that i can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).
